Family travelers watch out

Surprisingly, the room was clean and I was blown away by how firm the mattress was for such a place. The guy at the desk was polite and made check-in easy, always a relief.

It wasn't a bargain but still decent for what we got.

I did not complete my stay. Staff was nice.

The air and tv were out. Some guests looked sketchy

The food was outstanding, the staff were amazing, rooms were clean modern and comfortable.

The hallways were bland, no room service for breakfast, meal coupons were confusing and did not provide enough for all 4 people. Prices were a bit high for the quality. Pool was very small and not well maintained. Online booking was pointless for a weekend stay due to manager policy. Bathroom door latch was not installed.

Noise from the adjacent gentlemen's club was unbearable past 11 p.m.!!! The strange chemical smell in the room was disconcerting. Better communication on deposits would definitely improve the experience!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet (except for the blower on the heater). I heard no traffic or others in the hallway. I definitely would stay here again!

I kept waking every time the blower on the heater would kick on. Not sure if there was another setting, but I was too tired to check :)

We enjoyed the clean, spacious room with all the necessary items for our comfort. The Liberty Diner next door was a real "gourmet" meal for a very low price.

Stayed in a beautiful room with my family for a date night and was actually surprised by how clean and fresh everything felt. The beds were comfy, and we enjoyed a good sleep without any disturbances, a pleasant change from my previous stay elsewhere in fort wayne. It was great with its value for money.

It met our basic needs for a one night stay in the Ft Wayne area.

Continental breakfast left a little bit to be desired.

I stayed for 7 nights in a pleasant Deluxe Room with Two Queen Beds. They had great coffee and clean facilities. It was nice to have soda machines available. The air conditioning could be cleaner though.

It met my needs at the time. My house was without power due to a storm that hit our city and was told it would be days before it was restored. Looked for a hotel that offered a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in room to get by until I was able to return to my home. On a limited budget, this hotel met all my needs and was only 10 minutes from my home and work. My TV in the room was not working and the desk employee came to trouble shoot it and was unsuccessful. They transferred me to another room without hesitation.

Unfortunately it was across the street from a truck stop and 2 strip clubs. Since I live in this city I knew it was not a bad part of town and never felt threatened or unsafe.

I appreciated the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was very cute. I especially liked that they provided coffee in the lobby, quite convenient for early mornings.

The room was comfortable, but I faced unexpected charges for a stay I didn't use.

I liked the price and it was a clean room! The room had a flat screen T.V. that worked very well.....the pizza place that delivered was very good.
